Our Story
Born from a love of the craft.
Pizza Vinny started the way most great things do — with a craving that couldn't be satisfied anywhere else. What began as weekend experiments in a home kitchen quickly turned into something bigger: a genuine obsession with the perfect square slice.
We spent years studying the classics — the grandma pies of Long Island, the squares and slices of Brooklyn, the cracker thin style of Chicago. With that priceless experience, we decided we would specialize in the Brooklyn square as it was the pizza that made us feel cloest to our hearts.
Today, Pizza Vinny brings that same spirit to Los Angeles — one pan at a time, available for catering, pop-ups, and private events across the city.
